All subscription related behaviors including subscription activation, service renewal, premium function usage and subscription termination are governed by the terms stipulated in this document.
Morpix allows all users to experience basic creation functions without account registration and login. The premium subscription service is an optional upgraded service launched for users and light creators who need advanced creation capabilities, and all subscription service operations are completed based on local application operation specifications.
Users who activate, purchase or renew the Morpix premium subscription service shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of these Subscription Terms. If users do not agree to any part of the terms, they have the right not to activate the subscription service. The continuous use of premium subscription functions by users shall constitute continuous recognition of these terms.
The Morpix premium subscription service provides users with enhanced local AI creation capabilities on the basis of free basic functions. The subscription privileges cover exclusive high-precision local AI generation effects, unlimited use of advanced style presets, ultra-high-definition image export, multi-scene exclusive template unlock, batch image processing and other advanced functional rights, aiming to bring users a more efficient and high-quality local creation experience.
All premium subscription functions and privileged services run locally on the user's personal device. The activation and validity verification of subscription qualifications are completed through local program identification. All advanced image generation, editing and export behaviors under subscription privileges are still based on local AI computing and local data processing rules, which are consistent with the core service logic of the application.
The validity period of the subscription service is subject to the subscription cycle independently selected and confirmed by the user. After the user completes the subscription activation, the premium privileges will take effect immediately on the local application. The subscription service will automatically expire at the end of the selected cycle, and the advanced functions will be restored to the free basic function permissions by default after expiration.
The Morpix premium subscription service is exclusive to individual user personal usage. The activated subscription qualifications are only applicable to the local device where the user activates the service and the personal creation behaviors of the user. Users shall not transfer, share, resell or rent subscription privileges to third parties in any form.
Users shall use the subscription premium functions in compliance with the application usage rules and public order norms. The subscription service only provides technical function upgrades and creation privilege expansions, and does not grant users any commercial authorization outside the scope of platform rules. Users shall independently bear all responsibilities for the works created by using subscription privileges.
All subscription qualification records, privileged usage records and advanced creation works generated under subscription services are only stored in the user's local device. The application does not collect any personal biological information including user facial information in the process of subscription activation and privileged function usage. All subscription related data is completely controlled by the user locally.
Users can choose to renew the subscription service independently before the expiration of the current subscription cycle. After the renewal is completed, the new service cycle will be automatically superimposed on the basis of the existing valid period, and the premium creation privileges will continue to take effect without manual activation by the user.
Users have the right to stop subscription renewal and terminate the subsequent subscription service at any time. After the termination operation takes effect, the current valid subscription privileges will continue to be used until the end of the current cycle, and the service will not be automatically renewed after expiration.
If users use the subscription service in violation of platform rules or engage in improper usage behaviors that damage service operation norms, the platform has the right to suspend or terminate the user's subscription service privileges without prior notice.
Morpix reserves the right to optimize, adjust and upgrade the content and functional privileges of subscription services according to product iteration and function upgrade plans. The optimized new subscription functions will be automatically opened to eligible subscribed users within the valid period.
The platform can appropriately revise and update these Subscription Terms according to service adjustment demands. The updated terms will be displayed on the local application page. The continued use of subscription services by users will be regarded as acceptance of the updated terms.
Users shall fully abide by these Subscription Terms and application usage norms when using premium subscription services. Users shall be solely responsible for all behaviors and creation results generated during the use of subscription privileges. The platform only provides local technical service support and does not bear any indirect responsibility for user personal usage behaviors and created content.
