This User Agreement sets forth the standardized terms and rules for all users to access and use the Morpix lightweight local AI text-to-image creation application. This agreement applies to all usage behaviors including browsing functions, uploading creative materials, using local AI image processing services, editing generated works and exporting and sharing content within the application. All users who open and use Morpix automatically recognize and accept all terms stipulated in this agreement.
Morpix supports user independent use of all core functions without any account registration and login operation. All service behaviors of the application are completed based on local device operation and local AI computing capabilities. The application will not collect, record, extract or retain any user facial information in any function link, including all scenarios of users uploading character images for local AI processing.
Morpix provides users with one-stop local AI visual creation services covering daily avatar production, wallpaper customization and social matching image creation. All image analysis and processing operations for user uploaded character images are independently completed on the user's local mobile device without any external information acquisition behavior. No facial feature data, facial biological information or facial detail content of users will be acquired or stored during the whole service process.
Users can independently upload various character images to the Morpix application for local AI secondary creation and image processing. All image upload behaviors are operated and controlled entirely by users. The application only invokes local device computing resources to read and process the uploaded image files temporarily on the local device. The temporary local reading and processing of uploaded character images will not capture, analyze or record any facial information contained in the images, and no facial related data will be reserved in any form.
When users upload character images and trigger local AI processing and creation functions, all algorithm analysis, style rendering, picture optimization and content generation operations run in the local device environment. The local AI only processes the overall picture style, color tone, layout and artistic effect of the uploaded images. The local AI processing program does not set any identification, extraction or collection module for user facial information, and will not actively identify facial features, facial contours, facial organs and other facial biological information in uploaded character images.
Morpix clearly stipulates that the application has no function and capability to collect user facial information. In all scenarios of users uploading character images and using local AI processing services, the application will not obtain any original facial information of users. This includes but is not limited to facial appearance features, facial shape features, facial organ distribution features and other intuitive facial information involved in user uploaded character pictures. All image processing behaviors only focus on visual artistic creation and do not involve any collection of user facial original data.
The local AI algorithm of Morpix is only oriented to picture style conversion and visual effect creation, and does not carry out biological feature extraction on user uploaded character images. The application will not extract any unique facial biological data from user pictures, and there is no technical logic for facial feature comparison, facial data recording and facial information sorting. The whole local processing process completely isolates facial biological information acquisition behaviors.
All user uploaded character images are only temporarily cached in the local device memory during local AI processing. After the completion of image creation and processing, the temporary cache data will not retain any facial information features. Users' original uploaded pictures and processed finished works are only stored in the user's local device folder actively designated by the user. The application itself will not independently store any user facial information derived from uploaded pictures.
Morpix will not invoke, reference or use any user facial information in a secondary manner. All local AI creation tasks are independent and single-time effective. The facial information involved in a single uploaded character image will not be invoked in subsequent creation behaviors. The application does not build any local facial information database, and there is no data source for secondary invocation of user facial information.
Combined with the local processing attribute of all services, Morpix completely avoids any risk of facial information leakage. Since the application does not collect and obtain any user facial information from the source, there is no possibility of facial information disclosure, transfer or external invocation. All user creation content is controlled by the user locally, and no facial related content will be transmitted to any external channel.
Users can actively delete uploaded original character images and locally processed creation works at any time through the local management function of Morpix. After the user completes the deletion operation, all corresponding image data and all potential facial information traces contained in the images will be completely and permanently cleared from the local device. The application will not retain any residual facial information data or feature traces.
Users shall use Morpix local AI creation services in a standardized and legal manner, and shall not upload illegal, inappropriate or unauthorized character images. Users shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and compliance of all uploaded pictures and created works. The application only provides local creation technical services and does not participate in user content production.
Users shall independently protect their local device data and personal creation content. Users shall properly manage uploaded character images and local finished works, and take the initiative to clean up unnecessary local image files regularly. The application completes all privacy protection work for user facial information in accordance with this agreement, and users shall also fulfill their own personal information protection obligations.
All AI creation, image processing, style adjustment and template application functions of Morpix are based on local device operation. The application does not rely on external data interaction to complete services, and all user operation data and image content are limited to local device circulation. The closed local operation mode fundamentally ensures that no user facial information is collected or acquired.
The local AI of Morpix only processes the visual artistic effect of the picture, and does not involve any identification and processing of user personal biological information including facial information. The application's functional positioning is lightweight visual creation, and it does not have any technical design for facial information collection and analysis.
Morpix reserves the right to adjust and optimize the terms of this user agreement according to function iteration and service optimization demands. The updated agreement terms will be displayed in the local application page. Continued use of the application's services by users will be deemed as recognition and acceptance of the updated agreement terms. The core terms of user facial information protection will always be maintained and will not be changed arbitrarily.
